Analysis

The Analysis functionality is based on the data model that you have created in your environment. Just like the data entry forms, the scope displayed in the Analysis functionality is automatically generated in the interface.

These guides use Object Types and Classifications created in the guides on creating an Object Type, creating a Classification, and creating a related Object Type. These guides use the data that has been imported in the guides on importing data. You can use this data model and data, or use your own model and data.

The Analysis functionality allows you to perform a wide range of graph measures and metrics on any data selection. For a full description of the included graph measures and metrics you can consult the documentation.   Use this information to select an algorithm that best suits the needs of your research question.

These Guides will walk you through the basic steps of configuring the Analysis functionality and will explain how to run an analysis and how to make use of the results.
