nodegoat.net is a web-based research environment developed and operated by LAB1100, located at Binckhorstlaan 36 M115, 2516BE Den Haag, The Netherlands. The collection and use of personal data when using nodegoat.net is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at nodegoat.net/privacypolicy.
nodegoat.net is provided free of charge as a research environment. LAB1100 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue nodegoat.net or any part of it at any time and without prior notice. In the event that nodegoat.net is discontinued, LAB1100 is committed to providing each registered user with a full export of their data. This export will be made available via the Publish functionality of nodegoat, which generates a self-contained archive including all data in both JSON and CSV format, as well as an HTML interface. LAB1100 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance of any discontinuation to allow sufficient time to retrieve their data export. LAB1100 also reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of nodegoat.net after changes have been published on this page constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Use of the full nodegoat.net environment requires registration of an account. Account registration is limited to researchers and academics. By registering an account you confirm that you are using nodegoat.net for research or academic purposes. LAB1100 reserves the right to refuse or revoke account access at its discretion, including where it reasonably concludes that the account holder does not meet this requirement or has violated these Terms of Use.
nodegoat.net is provided as a shared environment and is subject to fair use. LAB1100 does not impose fixed limits on dataset size or file storage, but reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether the use of any account is excessive or places an unreasonable burden on the availability or performance of nodegoat.net for other users. In such cases LAB1100 may contact the account holder to discuss the situation and, where necessary, restrict, suspend, or revoke access without prior notice.
You agree to use nodegoat.net only for lawful research and academic purposes. You agree not to use nodegoat.net to store, share, or process content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of nodegoat.net or its underlying systems; to interfere with or disrupt the availability or integrity of nodegoat.net; to use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from nodegoat.net without the prior written consent of LAB1100; or to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
You retain full ownership of all research data, projects, and other content you create or upload within nodegoat.net. LAB1100 does not claim any rights over your content. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of any content you enter into nodegoat.net, including compliance with any applicable data protection obligations relating to personal data contained in your research.
All software, design, text, and other materials constituting nodegoat.net, excluding user content as defined in Section 5, are the intellectual property of LAB1100 and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
nodegoat.net is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LAB1100 does not warrant that nodegoat.net will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data stored within it will be preserved without loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LAB1100 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use nodegoat.net, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of research output, or interruption of work, even if LAB1100 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
